With over 20 years of experience in the IT field - I've led teams, managed complex escalations, and helped individuals achieve their goals and aspirations. It was here that I discovered that helping people was where my passion truly resided.

Being the product of 2 divorces and my wife coming from a background of abuse, we were ill-equipped to navigate the challenges of life and marriage. Despite these facts, we have celebrated 18 years of marriage and have 4 beautiful children together.

We struggled to find what works, but you don't have to!

Together, I can help you build the skills, confidence, and the faith you need to write a different story. I combine ICF standards for Coaching, Biblical wisdom, and actionable strategies to give you the clarity and confidence to move forward.

People seek a coach because they want growth. The work is not problem-focused, per se. Coaching clients have specific goals, dreams, and/or visions that they feel drawn to, and they desire to discern these more clearly and then act upon them.

Coaches can help with:

* Strengthening relationships and parenting skills

* Exploring career paths and finding purpose in work

* Developing resilience and balance

* Life transitions such as having children, becoming empty-nesters, or moving on from a divorce

Whatever the issues, all coaching clients hold a deep desire for a richer, more fulfilling life and growth.

We do not need the same or similar faith to work together! Even if you have a background in faith, you can choose to not have it integrated into your coaching.

As a coach, I am here to help facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional, or business goals and to help you develop/carry out a plan for achieving those goals. As the client, you set the agenda for each session. If faith is of no importance to you, it will not have an impact on how we proceed with coaching. If faith is of great importance to you, I will ensure that it's fully integrated into the coaching experience.
